Ticket Cancellation

1. Cancellation Period: You have the right to cancel your event ticket(s) upto 48 hours before the event starts. After this period, no cancellations will be entertained.

2. How to Cancel: To cancel your event ticket(s), please contact our customer support team via Instagram or WhatsApp. Provide your order details for a prompt process.

3. Event-Specific Policies: Some live events have unique cancellation policies set by the event organizers. We will do our best to communicate these policies to you during the purchase process. Please review and understand these policies before purchasing tickets.

Refund Policy

1. Refund: If you cancel your ticket(s) within the specified cancellation period, you will receive a full refund minus the transaction charges, within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Partial Refund: If an event is rescheduled or altered in a way that allows you to attend, but you choose not to, a partial refund may be applicable. The specific refund amount will depend on event-specific policies and circumstances.

4. Ticket Transfer: In many cases, if you can no longer attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us for assistance with this process.
